“I am particularly interested in Presence, attempting to live my life and create my paintings as free from the Ego as possible. This allows a new energy to come through, into my world and into my paintings which is full of Light, more dynamic, compassionate and up-lifting”.LAURE BURY - PORTRAIT

“In this new collection of paintings, I have been inspired by walks along the south west coast of England. All my paintings are in oil on canvas, created in many layers with brushes and palette knife.

There is a wild flower meadow at the end of my garden in Devon, which provides me with enough inspiration in the Spring, to last me the whole year.

I would like to think my work evokes the joy I feel, bringing colour, energy and a vibrancy into the room”.
